Right, in FotR:EE, when Frodo and Sam see the elves leaving for the Grey Havens, what does Sam say?

Is it:

"I don't know why, but it makes me sad."

OR:

"I don't know why, but it makes me FEEL sad"?

Which is it please, if either of them!! I need to know for my latest signature.

The problem is the rubbishy programme I have for images and the fact that in order to reduce the size of the image, regardless of format, it is teeny

No, not the final thing. The original image. But, as previously mentioned, I needed to edit it in order to make it the correct size (memory wise)

I was originally about 800kb, when it needs to be 30kb at the most!
