lol...it's an avatar and u can choose in ur profile me thinks.

Click "profile" on the top of this page, then choose "edit options", there at the bottom of the page you find something called "Avatar", if you click "change avatar", you can choose one from a list or upload an own one (click "use custom avatar" if you want to)
