Do you think its possible to break your own back? Like, if your feet were in cement and you had leg braces on and you leaned backwards, or some thing, and you just snapped in half? Do you think its possible?

do youthink it's possible to land on a foot so hard that it pushes a bone straight therough the top of the joint so your bones is sticking out of you joint?
