lol there is no 'ohayou gozaimashita' thats like saying hello in the past. its just gozaimasu :P or you can simply say ohayou (or abbreviated ohha~)

and its konnichi wa :P but some prefer to abbreviate it and say kon'cha

ogenki desu ka - how are you

okage sama de, genki desu - thanks to you Im fine
or just

genki desu is also an acceptable response
