Eat lots more protein, but try to steer clear of fats. Tuna is packed full of it, but I prefer steamed chicken if I'm on a protein diet.

If you want to look really good, try going on a high protein diet for ages, whilst doing heavy weights at the gym. Then when you're all bulked up, reduce the protein intake right down and switch to cardio workouts.

You'll burn off all the fat bulk and be left with a toned muscular body.

Why not ask DeNiro?? He does all that gym stuff. He had his own gym plan thread in the OTF before

I do what mech says, but I do about 30 mins of cardio with each session.

Same here, I do about an hour workout with half weights and half cardio, then I go for a nice steam, swim and finally I nip into the sauna.

I've tried bulking up before, but I'm naturally errm.....how did Dim describe me..... lanky.

These days I just stick to keeping trim.

lol I dunno I'd like to gain some weight some how don't care wether it's muscle or bone, tho I would like to be a tad more agile, I should pick up sports again when I have the time

Bulking up the right way isn't easy at all, you have to maintain a tough training programme to make sure you don't get fat.

You say that lil, but my facial hair is quite poor. Not a proper beard at all.
