I'm making a website and I was wondering if anyone could help with the layout.

This is the layout that I found, but I would like some changes made.
I'd like the blue striped background to be yellow, and a banner of Orlando Bloom in the place of the current one.

Please help, I'll give you full credit and if you have your own site I'll put a link to it up once i finish mine.

Although the General Discussion areas generate more response the Art (/Anime) area may provide you with some more designing-related feedback see if you can get one of the mods to move it there as it is also less likely to get 'snowed in' by the large tide of posts generate in this particular section.

Just a suggestion.
