He's one of the Ainur (the Valar). He's always laughing his ass off whenever he fights. He's from "The Silmarillion".

Tulkas brother-in-law (LOL) is cool though. I like him. If not for Orome, all the Elves might have already been Orcs by now and no one's left. But then again, Orcs are Morgoth's, so, yeah, it's OK.
