and i think the google tool bar and mozilla can get rid of them

i used to have pop ups......i only can have one window up and here comes a stupid pop up deleteing it

the google bar has blocked 1682 pops up for me on my comp at work, but how annoying is Gator and the other kinds of crap you get for running Kazaa? I swear i've done everything to get rid of it...but it just won't go away.

quite simple children get a ad blocker
or you can get Norton Anti virus thats got a very good ad blocker.

i have an ad blocker....that's why the pop ups that show up piss me off so bad. I don't usually yell at the computer, but i'll give the screen a "limpy" until the tip of my finger feels like it's gonna fall off

since i re-installed windows a few months ago i dont get pop ups for some reason, unless my brother installed some pop up keeper awayer without telling me

For gator stuff just go to Control Panel and remove the prog

I'd not know as i have a pop up blocker enabled onto my computer although at College this is not the case and its particularly annoying when you wish to go from one page to another and face a barrage of pop-ups.

especially the one Net-Pal ones that install that virus crap on your pc..... which i got cuz my friends an ass
