getting hit square in both nuts isn't as bad as getting hit on one nut only. You sit there for like 30 seconds to a minute and you're like "well that didn't hurt so bad" And then the real pain hits and there's nothing you can do but try and hold down anything that's in your stomach and curl up into a lil ball and wish god would just kill you rather than put up with it more.
