All you people using the KMC Default style.

Have you noticed any speed improvements in navigating. i.e. do the pages load any faster now then they did yesterday? I just made some changes and was wondering if it helped with the speed problem people were having.

This is just a quick survey before I move this to the Q&A forum.

i have cable, I see no dfference.

so far so good..my pages are loading pretty darn quick

i think the 56kers are the only ones that would be able to notice any difference

ok...i use the blue style, but its just as it was before...maybe bit faster....earlier on today it refused to load however...

I used to get a white blank screen for a very small moment when navigating the forums. The new "improvement" got rid of the momentary white screen.

sometimes it wouldnt load, and it used to screw my cookies up

Well, I use the blue blackground style, which is the "default" style...it's loading pages slightly faster than before.

Idelited my cookies...because my internet was screwing up...

Raz, the style you're talking about is the white background with the blue trim, correct?

I usually have a couple pages loading at once so I can't really be a good judge but there seems to be a small amount of time between loads. I checked yes because it is quicker than before, though.

I'm not a technical wiz or anything so I don't understand too much about programming and the like...how does the background style affect the speed?

I don't understand what in the world is going on. My roomies computer that I couldn't get to work suddenly decides that it will work perfectly fine and even faster than before. Oh well, at least I have a computer at home again!!!

Maybe you have/had too much stuff stored on it....anyway...my laptop almost died yesterday...

I don't know the deal, but maybe it just needed to be turned off for a week or two.

I use the black style (I assume you've all noticed my bright colors....), So I guess this question doesn't apply to me

Is the white screen only on the Default style?

Cause on KMC Black I get the white screen still.

I have broadband, and our school has T1; it's all the same for me, zippy fast all the time

Just a few times during the day I get a quick flash of white.
