Every you every me and Without you I'm nothing are my faves. It's hard to pinpoint what they sound like but you won't have heard too many bands like them. It's mostly guitar driven songs of despair and self loathing but that's what I like in a song.

Makes sense. I saw Placebo vs. Marylin Manson today on mtv. It was the best thing I've ever seen...They played almost every placebo video. Taste In Men was my favourite.

Err... I know this thread is more than a year old, but is there anyone who likes Placebo? They're definitely one of my favourite bands.

Well my friend started this thread and will probably be chuffed its starting again.

She still loves Placebo and Brain... im sex pistol she talked about at the beggining. She's told loads of stuff about placebo so i could prbably discuss some stuff with you.

Saw'em live last year. Good band.

Placebo is probably my favourite band... There's maybe 10 songs of theirs that I don't have. Do you like them?
