Is it fair for a coma patient to go through non-voluntary euthanasia?

i think if you are terminally ill or have some sort of disability meaning that you have no quality of life then you should be able to apply for a 'suicide license' through a law court and if your case is seen to be fair then the state will kill you in a humane way.

...or u can just jump out the window (if possible)
