Those sketches add a good effect to the movie. They're like a memory when u look at them, real dramatic and touching.

I never actually bothered to stay in the cinema at the end of ROTK to see the ones from ROTK (of course), I just wanted outside to locate where my ass went

I love the sketches, it makes ya want to cry.

I love it when the film finishes (in a way lol) as you can see them lovely sketches and with Into the West on aswell it's lovely

Discos is funny.... lol, after seeing rotk for the fourth time i stayed and watched the sketches, they were so great!!!

Alan Lee is so good.

I like Alan Lee, but I'm a bigger fan of John Howe. John has a darker style then Alan, which I like. The conceptual art these two have contributed to these movies is incredible.

I love John Howe and his personality....it's really humorous just to talk with him..

About his sketch of the Shire and having hobbits attack each other....

those are awsome. thanx shadowy. I stayed and wathced them the 2nd time. i was just to darn tired the first time @ 4 in the morning to stay
