Yo,my sig doesnt seem to have changed even though I put in the different URL when I uploaded an image onto it?

Any ideas or help on how to fix this

it still isnt working, my eagle is still there and when I go to "upload custom sig" it shows the new picture I uploaded last time

its messing with me I tell ya
