in the second reinessance part 2, these machines with baloons on them start searching for humans. what do they do with them, were do they take them, do they put them in there baloon-like bags?

Aren't they kinda like the harvesters in M1? Picking up humans and moving them around/to the fields?

i think those were things that had humans inside them, maybe thats where they were stored when they first began to create the matrix
