It often says that my pics are too big. Could somebody please tell me how I can shrink them or compress them? Step by step if possible.

well are your pics gifs or jpegs ? if not,try putting your picture in a photo/paint program and convert them to one of those.

in the same program your using you should be able to resize them and change the resolution.
