Joker definetly, he had style

Joker was cool because he had the whole insanity thing, but I always liked Luthor. He's got all the money and power in the world but still can't get rid of Superman

Joker! He has more style then Lex. U can't beat that frooty loop insanity and the casual jokes that never end.

Joker! he's the best DC villan ever. He's got personality and Harlie!

I've always prefered Lex, I just like his cool ice cold attitude more.

I like both, but the Joker is just hilarious.
