Anybody here rememebr a movie by the name of "The Stuff" back in the 80's? For reasons unknown, I found it to be a rather entertaining spoof on films like "The Blob" (if I recall, the movie pretty much got panned by the critics). Essentially a local community comes across a substance that is marketed as a popular dessert... unbeknownst to all that it's actually a parasitic organism. Some rather entertaining gross-out moments in the film.

Just curious if anyone else remembers this flick as "fondly" as I do.

Oh Yeah this is a good film! I saw it 2 years ago, and I been looking for the dvd version but haven't found it. It does have some comic moments in it. I like the way all that white stuff eats the people. For me this movie is one the best rare 80's sci-fi/horror movies. Along with Street Trash (1987).
