So c'mon; What is your worst Nightmare?

"When I was little, I once had a Nightmare and I was being chased by a wierd, hypnotic Taz (bugs bunnys mate). I know it sounds funny but at the time it was bloody scary! Anyway he chased me through all the dream until the end when I ended up falling off a cliff. Like I said, at the age of six, it was scary!!!!!

When I was little I saw a nighmare involving a cartoon character and a greek actress

i was prolly like 3 when i had this nightmare about bert and ernie, and they were evil with glowing red eyes and knifes in thier hands.. and they kept on chasing me around my neighbourhood until i thot i lost them and i fell asleep on my parent's bedroom floor and then they were cutting thru the floor around me.. and then i tried to run away but i was so petrified with fear that i kept on tripping and they were comming slowly, through a red tunnel.. i'll never forget that dream

My worst nightmare was only two nights ago:

I was kidnapped by married redneck bank-robbers. They kept me in a camper for a long time. Finally, the husband was attacked by some other crazy redneck (who looked like that tall burglar from Home Alone) who held him at gunpoint. This was at a random diner in the middle of the desert. Anyway, the husband shot the redneck in the gut and ran for it. The wife told me to just run with her and we got in the camper and she ditched her husband and drove off. As we drove away, we saw the shot redneck emerge and kill the husband as he was chasing after the camper. We drove away. On the road, the wife wanted to adopt me and start a new life. I thought it would be a good idea because she wasn't crazy and sick liek her husband. But as we drove we neared my old middleschool across the street from my house. There was a spring break part and people were dancing right in front. I decided "**** this *****!" and I jumped out of the camper and into the party, hiding from her. I relaxed as she completely drove off. But then I got the idea that she was circling th eblock. I went through a door that led me to a house. I found a bedroom and hid under a bed. After a long time, she never came. I suspected her of hiding in the party so I got up and searched. She was nowhere to be found as the party continued. My friend was in my dream and he opened the blinds to a window only to find the wife turned into an Evil Dead-like evil spirit zombie thing. She attacked as I yelled "somebody shoot her!" Out of nowhere, my friend had a glock and he shot her in the head. Her body fell to the ground, but when it hit, it was a rag-doll (I know) and he shot the head off again. Then she was big again but still dead. I went to the bathroom to hide, suspecting she would come back. I was takig a piss and she did. Suddenly, I had a gun and I unloaded on her head, then I woke up in a cold sweat. it sounds weird but in the dream it of copurse seemed real and it terrified me. I woke up at like four in the morning in a cold sweat, breathing heavily and saying "Jesus Christ" to myself over and over again.

When I was about 11 I had this really freaky nightmare about Mr Bean (rowan atkinson) chasing me through my house with a scarf (he wanted to strangle me) He had this really freaky psycho laugh which sent a chill up my spine. I woke up all sweaty....Christ it was scary

I was 7 and I was in a tunel under my room and trolls tied me up and started cutting be when I woke up my arms were bleedind..I cut my arm on the nails (my room was being put together)

My worst nightmare was living an entire day of school and waking up to relive that day...

livin the same dream, night after night. i'm sometimes afraid to go to sleep.afraid to sleep because i'm a easy target for the dream keepers or givers. those dreams rape my sleeping mind. i have alot of dreams...maybe one day you'll find one..i'm a writter. so it helps me in a way..damn dreams..

I rarely remember my dreams too

last night i drempt of me and this kid, maybe my brother. we were out in the yard. i think we were pulling weeds or digging something. i looked up in the sky. i seen a plane, one of those planes from ww2. the back of the plane opened. and i seen a bomb fall out!! the bomb hit the middle of the city. the explosion was crimson red. i woke right the hell up. man what a dream.

i was visiting my gradad who died before i was born, and i was stod at his grave when he came out and was just a skeleton, except his head which was normal but was spinning around and he was looking for me and i started runnin and i was with these ppl who looked like the orange balls from the jaffa cake adverts and whatever they stood infront of disapeared and i hid in a shed and he was outside with a giant wasp and then the orange man wtood in front of me and she shed disapeared and i got caught

i used to have a nightmare over and over again when i was about 5 until i was 7 about loads of cats sleeping in my room then id move and theyd all look at me and stare at me with their green eyes and then they all started arching their backs and then theyd start scratching me,when i woke up i was convinced the cats were still in my room and i was terrified to move,it sounds stupid but it was really creepy at the time

so many tales. good tales. love the dreams. would love to see what everyone sees when they are asleep. sort of a "let-me-dream-with-you." the brain does not sleep. our bodies are tired. brain is open 24 hours a day and active 365.

I had a nightmare of these scaly lizard creatures with needles on their arms and they were chasing me and they caught me and injected me with something and then I woke up and couldn't move for a while because the duvet felt really heavy.

the amout of wierd dreams ive had a psychaiatrist would have a field day. The scariest dream of all would have to be this one: (dont laught its not funny :P)

When i was little i used to have 2 teddy bears that i loved so much . anyway, one of them (a green care bear) suddenly grew very large fangs and weilded a great kitchen knife. He murdered my other teddy and proceeded to chace me for miles. imagine the sight of a smal green teddy bear running after you with a knife twice as big as it lol.

when i was like 6 my mom had this red convertible car, anyway i kept having this dream that i was in the car messing around when it started rolling backwards, i couldnt stop it and it just kept rolling down the street. no one could stop it and then my mom started chasing after me but then she got hit by another car i had to watch her die but the car never stopped and i never saw her agian!!

Worst dream has to be driving "general lee" from TV show "dukes of hazzard" and its slowly sinking into "weetabix" (thats a breakfast cereal) and not been able to open doors to escape cuz some idiot welded them shut..

I think probably my worst nightmare is to find out that my family died (often woke up crying).
Also, very recently I've had one that I was having an exam, time was running out, and i couldn't see the writing on the paper.

anything involving lizards. I once was dating this girl and she's a gothic chick/main stream rock and roll fanatic. anyhoo, she has a thing for reptiles. snakes, lizards, turtles, the whle nine. namely boas, and iguanas. the first night i ever spent the night at her place i told what my fears were and she promisd to put them away in the other room. the next morn i woke up and there was this BIG ASS bearded dragon on my chest sticking out his neck thing. man i screamed like a little female dog, on top of my freaking lungs man, and there was the snake on the ground at the edge of the bed. man if there was ever a time when i was going to have a heart attack it was that day. it took like a week for me to forgive her,but by then she had dumped me for somebody else(sigh) story of my life.

i have tons of nightmares one of my worst would be me running in a forest away from something dunno what it is.but it always makes wolf noises so i think its werewolf.

When I was younger I used to have nightmares everynight. I don't know if they were because of things I went through in my life or what but they were terrible. In many of them I died. And most nights when I woke up from a nightmare, I would be too scared to go back to sleep and I'd stay up all night. I had many equally bad ones, but the one I'd have to pick out as my worst would have to be this one dream which I had repeatedly, and here it is: I'd be laying in my bed and my mother would be over top of me looking all evil and sometimes she'd tickle but in my dreams whenever I got tickled it wasn't a regular tickle, it had an evilness too it and it didn't feel right, it felt real horrible and creepy and strange and sometimes I would die, but anyways, sometimes she'd tickle me and sometimes she wouldn't and then after that, she'd open her mouth and eat me and I died. This nightmare always terrified me, and it still would if I were to have it.

I dont think i knew what a nightmare was until last night.....it was really weird ; so weird that i was told "WTF is wrong with you ?" by my bro who i woke up.....

When I was younger I got chased by a grizzly bear while working in the Northwest Territories. It was a VERY close call, and occasionally I still have the odd nightmare about it. But I'd rather have a nightmare about it than to have had been actually caught by it.

I was dreaming that i was in a sea-side village or a city next to a forest. The people who lived there seemed to start to fear this unexplained sphere some described as being small while others described it as being a 7 ft sphere made out of sticks from the forest. But for certain was that it only happened in the forest.

This sphere would encase you within it but what happens to you was also uncertain. It was said that the sphere was made by an entity in the forest.

So i hired a bungalow by the sea and forest. and one cloudy dull morning i opened the door outside, and i falt being watched from a certain direction. I was compelled to find out what it was , so i walked towards the direction, and on the ground i say a little red car moving on the ground.l the car was only about 6 inches long. and then the sphere came upon my head.

It was the most deafining sound i ever heard when the bubble came on my head. There was to atmosphere and it almost was going to burst my eardrum. Until i fought it off with will power cause i knew how i was going to die and it was not like that. then the bubble scurried away and i saw a stone corridor with 2 windows on one side. it looked like my house.

at the end of the corridoe was a hall and on one side around the first corner was a chair. and a person sitting on it looking in the opposite direction from me. it was looking away from me. so i walked with a piece of wood towards it and when i came to it i shouted "WHO ARE YOU ; WHO ARE YOU ;"

And that person turned around grabbed my hand and told me " WHO IS IT THAT ARE YOU "

when i woke up i realised that i was douing all the shouting......really weird !

losing teeth....I swear I've had that nightmare several times

Though not my worst nightmares, I still think it is sad when I have bad dreams about posting a new thread and realizing I misspelled the title after 15 minutes have passed.

Mine is so weird, y'all will laugh. Well I had an actual dream when I was awake(I am still confused about that) that my bed(which was like a midget bed it was smaller than normal) was on the edge of the stairs in my house. I was so scared I would fall and get paralyzed and my bedroom door was locked and I couldn't get in and gosh I was afraid. I finally somehow went back to sleep in my midget bed and when I woke up I was back in my room,as if nothin happened. Ok don't know how it happened and this was like a couple years ago and thank God it hasn't happened again....

Nothing. But last year in November I was having nightmares about president bush being re-elected.

Flipping through my music to find it's either been deleted/turned into emo. The dream's had multiple variations, such as music being files on my comp, cd's in the rack, or records in their boxes, but it's always either missing or turned into emo. I haven't really had any "gruesome" nightmares, ever, so I guess that's about as close to something freakishly scary as I can get.

its not exactly a nightmare but i have thought n felt many times like everythin i know and everyone i know and every concept i know, is a dream of my own making and i am in turn nothing more than part of sum1 else's dream.

after dying realizing that everything the christians were saying was true and burning in hell for eternity just because I didn't turn my back on my friends and family and become enemy number one to the human race.

Spending another minute in a car with the sister of a friend of mine, damn that woman can't shut up. A seven hour drive of "bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla bla" its damn annoying...
Well those things and hell

I've been watching the Discovery Channel. On Tuesday nights they have this show about The Most Dangerous Jobs in the world or something like that.

Crab Fishing. Apparently crab fishing season is in the dead of winter up in Alaska where the water is absolutely freezing and where the waves get upwards of like 40 ft. Boats get rocked back, forth, and upside frequently. They said they average one death per week on the job (that's averaging in good weather)

I couldn't think of a worst scenario than being on a boat, at night, in freezing water, with huge waves....only to get knocked off the boat. That water was black as night and so cold you'd freeze to death in minutes.

They showed a guy get knocked off the boat for next episode. Earlier in the episode they asked him what his biggest fear was....he died of his biggest fear days later.

So yah...falling into pitch black water, during a storm, in freezing winter conditions...pretty much the scariest thing I've seen in real life.

Mine is I was getting chased by this guy in black and when I woke up from it I saw the outline of the guy walking out my door.

I'm always having nightmares about holding on to the very top of a lighteneing rod of a skyscrapper. Or on a very tiny ledge in the grand canyon. In either case I'm really high up and if I move in the slightest, I'll fall. When these dreams started, I began having problems watching movies. Earlier I was watching Jackie Chans Who am I? and when he's fighting on the roof of the building at the end, I started to feel so sick.

I arrive at KMC and my keyboard doesn't works.

Seriously all the ones that involves being unable to move or breathe
