I know of TERRAX, Galactus' herald.

Terrax the rock guy lol. Yea Galactus's herald obviously giving him cosmic powers. Before Galactus turned him into his herald he could control rock and Galactus increased that ability. He also has a cooool axe and kicked the fantastic fours buts.
