Sinister is the ex-husband of one of jean greys ancestors, as well as the adopted father of nate grey in AOA.
In AOA: Rogue is married to Magneto, and Logan is married to Jean.
Franklyn Richards is married to Rachel Summers in an alternate timeline.

I'm not sure. I recognise most of the names on the list, although it does include people from alternate timelines and parrallel universes.

Johnny Storm is the Human Torch.

Just before the attack on Genosha, Polaris discovered that she was in fact Magnetos genetic daughter. That (as well as being trapped beneath the ruins of genosha) was what drove her insane.

And, in the Ultimate series, Proteus is actually Xaviers son.

In the 1800's a man called Oscar Stamp sold people with disorders or problems to a doctor for testing, Oscar met a young boy named Daniel who had stoped speaking after his parents had died, Oscar and Danie became best mates, Oscar adopted Daniel and they moved to America under the name "Summers", Daniel Summers grandson is Phillip Summers father of Christopher Summers, Corsair and grandfather to Scott and Alex Summers

They sure don't skimp on the histories of these characters, huh?
