Yea...when you're listening to a song, which do you prefer, the live/acoustic versions of a song, or the studio version of it?

For the most part, I'd say live...but every now and then you get a band like Filter and they can't play live for crap.

Well.. it really depends on the band, the song and the mood your in.

I prefer studio.
But live is good also..like Nirvana:Unplugged

It's so weird listening to one of their songs played live and then recorded... They sound almost nothing alike

Same thing as "Stairway to Heaven" by zeppelin, the two versions have little in common.

maybe you should turn this into a poll?as for me i like live cuz it gives a new feel to the song.
