Who will wins?

No one can match the skill,deadliness, power, or speed of the battousai.
He would easily move forward at speed that metroid woludn't even be able to see and slice em clean in half without breaking stride.
This fight last 1 second.

Well there are plenty of Samurai in anime/manga that could beat Kenshin. However Samus...I don't think she could though she might be able to pull it off being from the future.
