yes consequences been KMC have been posting infomation and pictures in which they have no copyright for so you will get sued (the film companys wont like that will they)and also the amount of abuse that members have been getting by mods and takin advantage of the power they have in which case there will be an investigationinto km(yes i do know lawyers)

Dude, if every movie company sued all the webstes that illegally use images, then the whole internet would be shut down, they wont even bother warning us on the matter. As far as the buisiness with these members being banned, i dont know the members, or the details which lead to their being banned, so i wont say anything.

And I was simply pointint out that these fdays, it is so widely used, that movie companies ignore it (Unless its extremely serious). Peopeple are using these signiatures and images in a Fanatic way, and they hardly ever use them in a demeaning way, so no legal action will be taken.

Abuse should be reported to Moderators, and if no action is taken, report it to other moderators. Alligations are always investigated. Umm...the right to ban someone is in the admin's power alone, if Raz were to ask for opinions about banning people, he'd have people asking him to ban pretty much everyone who ever pissed them off.

Phoenix Chii was banned for a very specific reason. The rules against spamming had been made clear on many occasions, but she spammed to a board anyway in her sig, in direct contravention of clearly posted rules. I'm sorry, but after previous leeway was allowed to her, that's not on. it would have been unfair to keep giving her an exception.

So that is why she is banned- further argument, therefore, serves no purpose.
