There was a birthday card that has a pin-on badge with it. The birthday card said something like 'Happy 2nd birthday!!'
However, the warning printed on the side of the bade read 'not suitable for persons under 36 months.'
So the child had to wait until they were 3 years old to be able to wear the previous year's badge.
