When I leave, what how do I get rid of my account and stuff?

I don't think you can.

When you leave just make sure you have clear the cookies. Then unsubscribed to any threads you have posted. That pretty much it.

click "log out"... and any e-mails you receieve should come with a "click here to stop messages" somewhere in them
