I'll wait a day to give everyone some time to check over the post scripts of the just completed game.

Mah, Ki-Adi Gallia and Firemaster, you may wish to read the 'Story re-cap' part of the post-scripts, to get a brief idea of what has happened so far. But it is by no means essential; you can start the next story without having any idea of what happened before; it shouldn't be a handicap.

Incidentally, it will be called something more informative than 'The Second Game' from now on.

This is were I'll really get in on the action.

The same goes for me cause I had to join in on the game halfway through. I joined when it first started but then I needed to leave, but when I got back full time I needed something to do. But now I'm here and ready to go the whole way through the new game.

I joined near the very end. While they were fighting the pirates blockading them at Jaglon Beta.

I joined when the Jedi were escaping the volcano thing in a transport and trying to get to the ship we had. So we had my character at the base of the volcano and say that I was accidentaly left behind and we had to rendezvous at a place where guards all wanted to kill me.

Actually... very little.

First of all, there are no Jedi energy bolts in the film (guess you jumped the gun there, yerss).

Second, lightning is now no longer Palpatine only, but obviously still reserved for the very powerful. Furthermore, it can be blocked by sabres (and/or powerful force users). Thus making it not quite the ultimate weapon we assumed it to be. So rather more likely to make an appearance.

Thirdly, there is no mention made in the film of the Dark Side being better able to predict the futute than the Light, but the power of the Dark Side to cloud the perception of the Jedi is made very clear. It might be a Sith only thing, but I'll be inclined to let the Dark Siders stay one step ahead of the good guys based on that, as they need a lot of breaks with the whole galaxy hostile to them.

And lastly never shoot at Mace Windu; you'll only piss him off.

I'll wait til Vader comes around, then get it in good with him.

Nope! Jedi using ball-zaps seems rather silly to me and with it not being in the films it stays out. Far too much like magic.

Very possibly, though unlikely to be in an extended sense. Bad guys are easier to put in than good guys, on the whole.

Well, the set-up for the final battle of story two is nearly in place. It has turned out to be the only meeting between the two sides for the whole game- I expected both sides to meet at the Space Port but it never happened, and neither side seemed too interested in finding the other.

Problem is now that we have absences; Rex (and by presumable extension, Bespin Bart) are off-line right now and Mah goes on holiday very soon. This is a shame- especially with the plans I had for the Lance/Rex re-match, though assuming Lance doesn't die soon (very unlikely) there is always plenty of time for those two to meet again...

Anyway, here is what will happen:

Mah and Xeth will concentratre exclusively on fighting off battle droids and the like. This leaves Gundy, Mah, Phinney and yerssot to pick where they want to go in the battle, like seeking out bad guys or trying to help Argentis.

Rex will skip the battle entirely. He will be getting the gold out and over to Shareth, so the Dark Siders don't need to worry about that any more and can just get on with their primary mission.

Should anyone turn up for play again halfway through, then I SHOULD be able to slip them in without too much fuss.

Other than that, good luck guys, the game is still open to be 'won' by either side, and the preperation for the next episode is all done and dusted and will be advertised soon. The Jedi will be pleased to know that in the next game they are actually inside the Republic, for once.
