i like salads my self but...

why is like every fast-food or restaurant chain introducing salads in ther menus....its not like its new, every time i see a food commercial its always about salads

I heard that some of those salads aren't fresh. Oh well, at least is nice to fast food restaurants trying to sell some other type of food. Burgers and fries? err...no. Too much Cholesterol.
