So you shoot the guy who's drinking in driving...causing him to drive uncontrollably into other cars or pedestrians ending their lives. You've just made yourself not only a murder, but worst off than the driver.

Interesting how if you shoot someone and kill them it's murder. But if you run them over, it's vehicular manslaughter.
