does anyone have a web adress for a page that does image conversians couse i need to change a bmp to a jpg my computer wont do it and i have no image software

Go to start->Programs->Accesories->Paint. It comes standard with all PCs. That'll be fine.

sometimes Paint don't do that....

mine doesnt but i found a way never mind people can use this if they need to find a website i guess

paint does it..unfortunately you can't set the level of details in it.
You already reduce the quality of an image when you save it as a jpeg. Some programs allow you to set the level of details, so that the loss is reduced, by increasing the size on disk. can't remember if irfanview does it...probably yes....dload it.
