forgive me for misunderstanding the point of this thread...for i thought the subject was INDEED spam which comes in the can...NOT the spam that one gets from "spammers"...

I recommend the Google toolbar, it blocks 99% of pop-ups and you can search the web from any site

I tried to send spam via the internet and it didn't work well. My computer got all messy. I wonder how those spammers send their spam w/o creating a mess?

pop ups ads that you get out of the blue are worse than spam.
