Hey I just went to see Spider-man 2 at the 12am screening in my town. I personally thought it was great. It was all that I had hoped for from watching the trailers and reading all the info I could. Octavious was great in all his scenes, the fights were spectacular, and the romance between Peter and MJ added a nice balance. So anyway, I thought this movie had everything that a movie should have with action, effects, and drama. Go ahead and post your own reviews and let everyone know what you think, even if you hated it. (No real Spidey fan should hate this movie.)

So it was better then the first? I'm gonna go see it the second day it comes out which is the last day of school for the term! I'm going to reading cinema into the cine-lounge, the cine-lounge has a huge screen and big, huge lazy-boy chairs to sit in, you also get as much popcorn and drink as you like. I'm going with my cousin, we went to go see the first movie the second day it came out so it's sought of a tradition.

Just saw it at the 12am screening. Loved it! Everything was better the second time around... The characters, story, and CGI. The train scene was phenomenal. My only complaint was the crappy seats. The place was packed and I had to sit near the front. I will have to go see it again and sit somewhere in the back.

all i'm gonna say is they did exactly what i was hoping they wouldnt...i was lovin the moive all the way towards the end than i was liks sh*t MJ and Peter got togethor which leaves Betty Brant hangin out there... i was hopin Betty and Pete would get togethor than in the 3rd one MJ and Pete could hook up...and i was hopin they would make Conners the villian for the 3rd movie even though i kinda figured they would make harry the next villian but i think its too soon to have another goblin espicially when Conners is righ there but all in all the movie rocked!

THE ONLY DOWNSIDE WAS THAT BRUCE CAMPBELL WAS HARD TO RECOGNIZE!!!! AND THEY KEPT STAN LEE'S PART!!!!! YAY!!!!!

It was an amazing movie and the Amazing Spiderman will return again and again and again...can we say; Most successful movie franchise of all time? look out James Bond and Luke Skywalker, Peter Parker is the new thunder

I just got back from the midnight showing as well. What did you think?
I liked it, but thought that Doc Oc could've been tougher. What do you think will happen in the third one now? I have my theories, all though I dont know much about the official comics of spiderman.

I think what will happen is The Lizard will appear as the villain in the 3rd one considering the fact that they introduced Connors into the picture, Harry will continue to be haunted by his father's voice to "avenge him"and end up becoming the hob-goblin for the fourth installment, JJ's Son will go to space after being rejected by MJ and come back with the symbiote in either 3rd or 4th, Spiderman will use it to defeat either the Lizard (hopefully) or the Hob-Goblin, Eddy Brock will be introduced slightly in the 3rd one but will be focused on more in the 4th one and end up getting the suit and becoming Venom in the 5th one and then finally, Carnage will come into play for the 6th one(assuming t here are six made) and they will end with that.

I think it'd be cool if they did it that way, and it would give more time to develop Eddy Brock, which needs to be done, and REALLY take their time with Venom

After talking to my friend, I change my theory just a little.

I think Harry will become Hob-Goblin in the third one and will make adjustments to the suit his father wore in order to make it better and thus making it orange and changing the weapons. Meanwhile, Connors will be focused on more and then take the role as The Lizard in in the 4th with spiderman using the symbiote suit to take him down. and then the rest of my theory picks back up.

Reasoning for this change being my recollection of someone saying "the villain for the third movie will be forshadowed at the end of the 2nd movie" and it cleary shows Harry finding his father's suit at the end. I dunno, guess we'll see.

two things that could have made the movie better
1. another cameo by jim norton
2. Ben Afflek in a red devil suit helping out
3. ben afflek helping aunt may through legal means.

kk...i didnt wanna be the first to bring it up for htos that hadnt seen the movie...but yeah, i think that hob-goblin is the next villian, not lizard.
so wut i would think the order to be is hob, liz, venom....and beyond that no clue...so many villains...

Oh, you guys are lucky. Now I really want to see it. I got tickets for Saturday. In the meantime, I got the new video game to occupy me. Haven't played it yet, though.

i saw it last night too and got lucky and picked that the showing that wasnt packed...it was crowded for sure but not packed there where still quite a bit of empty seats where i went

tghe theatre i went to had 4 screens for spidey 2 and they were all sold out.



when the movie was over everyone was going nuts screaming spidey 3.

i saw alot of dissapointed faces comin out of the theatre and to tell tyou the truth i was a lil disappointed myself coz i was hopin that the lizard would be the villian for the next film

I was just at the theater, and it was PACKED, so i left. didn't buy a ticket, but ill see it first thing tomorrow morning.

sh*t i sold harry potter 3 for 25 dollars a piece and i had at least 400 copies.

sold them all within like 30 minutes.

i think this movie was awesome.... one thing for those of you saying Harry will become HobGoblin.. harry becomes the next green goblin.. HobGoblin is a completely other person. I think itd be boring having the goblin as the only villain in the next one so i think: Green goblin (harry) will be the villain in the next one along with the lizard. Meanwhile jamesons son goes into space and comes back with the venom symbiote. Spidey may or may not wear it in this movie, but it will be set up for venom in the 4th one... lets see what happens for real tho. sucks we gotta wait till 2007

i think there gonna have harry the only villian for the 3 film and build on conners charactor a lil bit so if everyone decides to do a 4th film than they have conners become the lizard and are all set already and maaybe introduce brock in the 3rd film and build on him some in the 4th but i read somewhere (i think on this site actually) that raimi is tryin to avoid venom at all cost ..hopefully thats not accurate

The movie was really good but their wasn't a lotta fighting between sm and doc ock

at the risk of being flamed, i just gotta say that i always thought the lizard was lame. i would rather see spidey mix it up with MCD's Kingpin for at least 15 minutes of a movie. or better yet, have spidey 3 start with him and DD taking down Mo Rocca as stilt-man.

I remember you mentioning a DareDevil cameo in a future sequal. that would be sooooo cool *it has to be affleck, even if you hate the guy he owned as DareDevil*

the reason they are having the goblin as vilian in 3rd movie is because the actors are only signed up to do 3 movies, after that they will decide weather or not to make more

he is probably avoiding venom because he has been trying to make the vilians look real but venom would look too much like CGI and look fake

thats why i have no problems with the goblin costume looking like it does, it was made to be body armor on a battlefield not a rubber jumpsute like in teh comics, i liked the goblin sute from first movie

i never liked the lizard but they could have the symbiote come down on the shuttle with JJ's son if the director decides to but venom in the movies

he is, the problable villains for spider 3 are, the beetle, rhino, and sure at all cost scorpion created by harry to hunt spiderman, harry will use GG uniform but wont fight peter directly it will be like the harry last comics.

I haven't seen it yet. I was going to see it on Wednesday, but I had church. Then I was going to see it yesterday, but I was busy. Now I'm hoping to see it tonight....... so, yeah.
