of course it's 16; it's almost everywhere 16.... yeah yeah, in the states it's 21 (but they are nice enough to let people drive at 16)

here its not till 18.....tsk tsk pepl sayin the scots r alcaholics...

I'm pretty sure that its 18 in some of the states, but those are usually the more rural states that don't have nearly as much traffic or fast highways.

Like in Los Angeles....driving drunk is pratically suicide. Where other states...it's more likely to be a 3 day trip to the hospital.
