Been working sooooo many hours since my dads been off work that it's become a regular occurance to skip lunch and I've lost 1/2 stone. Not a good way to lose weight I know but its been a bonus!

i only ever eat junk food im never in my house to eat but ive always got the munchies!

I'm having a cup of "add boiling water" rice and vegetables for lunch. No fat. BORING !!!!!! But its too cold to walk to the market for chinese.

I just eat Top Ramen noodles for lunch.

Oooh I had Chinese yesterday!

Oh yeah. Ramen noodles. 7 for $1.00. Food of the Gods.

Looks like Lance and I eat the same stuff.

Here in Tennessee you can find the Ramen for 10 for a $1.

What's your favorite type of Chinese?

Mine's: General Tsao's Chicken with Pork Fried Rice.

Ooooo...thats my second favorite. Love the spicy stuff. My fav is actually shrimp chop suey. Pork fried rice rules !!!

My second favorite is Spicy Pork Steak with Chicken Chop Suey with a spicy egg drop soup with mushrooms.

Egg drop is my second favorite. I like hot & sour soup. I make it at home - its called Dragons Breath Soup.

I also like steamed dumplings and egg rolls.

How do you make the Dragons Breath Soup?

Hmmm what did I have for dinner? Microwavable mash poatao. Well I am kinda limited to what I can cook here not having a cooker and stuff!

And you love mashed potato, of course.

I had Spaghetti for dinner. I just wished there were some hot italian sausages in it though.

Pasta noodles with left over pizza sauce stuff.

My sister had ice cream for dinner because she got her tonsils out.

I eat a lot of frozen pizza.

Tombstone Pizzas are the bomb.

I always come home and make a frozen pizza after I'm out drinking.

Meatball's & Mozzarella Hot Pockets.

Oh yeah. I ate those all the time at college, because I only had that damn mircowave. Damn those are tasty.

Mrs.MM loves to cook and she's really good too. Me on the other hand, cannot get excited about the concept...........except lately when I was watching a kids programme on a Friday afternoon and they cooked(?) the most amazing thing: -

They boiled and mashed a load of potato's and then got 2/3 of them onto a plate. Then they made a hole in the middle, like you do when your mixing cement. Into that hole they put a small tin of spaghetti in tomato sauce. Then the rest of the mashed potato goes on top to seal the spag. Then by brushing the top with a fork you get a spikey finish. Cut a pea in half and put them at the front along with half a cherry tomato and you've got eyes and a mouth of an edible hedgehog! They also said you could put cooked sausages as legs too if required or even adding cheese to the mashed potato and sticking the lot in the oven at the end to crisp up the hedgehog spikes.

I went to the shops last night and got all the stuff to make it tonight cus my mate is coming round to get drunk. He's gonna pish himself when I get this baby outta the oven and even harder when he cuts into it and spaghetti insides spill out

I always try to drink lots of water before I pass out. And I eat that frozen pizza.

The reason people get hangovers is because they're dehydrated. ToMacco has the right idea drinking lots of water before you go to bed. A couple aspirin are helpful too.

Lance - will send you that soup receipe- have to copy it out of my Cooking Light magazine. But don't let that fool you. Its got chili oil in it that packs the punch !

My mom makes really good chili. And I hate chili, so that tells you how good it is.

I hate my mom's chili. It is nasty. The only chili I like to eat is from a can. Just like the stuff you'd get from school.

Never tried it. There's a first thing for everything though.

How about shrimp balls ?

Well these are mashed up shrimp with chopped green onions and some other stuff, then rolled into balls and deep fried. Then you dip them in soy sauce with ginger. If you eat popcorn shrimp, you'd like these.

My father told me legends of when he was growing up, his mother would make him eat fish balls.

They're nothing like that. And they're not like sheep balls like Chevy Chase ate in Funny Farm.

My fave pudding is something they cook in almost every school dinner room in Britain, "Chocolate Concrete". Its the best thing you'll ever have, and when its covered in pink custard it's even better. MMMMMMmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, if you want a lot of replies to a topic talk about food.

Cheesecake, my dear Gundy, is necter of the gods. Even those sickly "sticky toffee" ones are good too.

If I'm making a dessert to take to a party or something, I usually make a cappacino cheesecake with a chocolate graham crust. Then I put espresso filled coffee beans and crushed almonds on top then drizzle it with melted semi-sweet chocolate. It always goes over big.

I'm the same, I'd rather have second helpings of the main course than pudding. Mrs.MM has the annoying habit of ALWAYS saving room for pudding.

For breakfast lately I've been having good old Scottish Oat porridge with a spoonful of honey rather than sugar. Top notch.

We just wouldn't get that kind of crap over here Lance, we don't even get any marshmellow bits in our cereals, we get just cereal. I think they tried to sell a breakfast cereal once in the UK that had sweet bits in it but it didn't last.
