does mary jane die? if she does how?

wut? You mean does she die in the comic storyline?

A while ago, she supposedly crashed in a plane accident and Peter was devastated. But then he found out she's alive.

In the 90s cartoon, she fell into another "dimension" during the struggle between Green Goblin and Spidey. Then a MJ clone arrived, who married Peter, but then later turned out to be made from Hydroman's genes. She evaporated and that was the end of her. The last episode has Madame Web telling Spidey they're going to find the "real MJ."

yea i dont think she dies in the comic series either. but then again im not sure.

MJ doesn't die. Peter and she are married, and Peter would never let anything happen to her... unless in an alternate reality.
