Ok, here's the situation; I can't access the internet via the Internet Explorer program at all...the only I can is to open up My Computer and then type in a web address in the toolbar thing...can someone tell me how to fix this?

like wut do u mean? u cant type URL's or u cant open the Internet Explorer from where its located?

yea; anything labeled IE; the shortcut, the thing from the toolbar, always end up "not responding," so I open up my Computer to access the internet

My old computer did that for about two months before it just gave up and died...never did figure out how to fix it.
