what country do you think has the cooloest accent?

I fail to see how an englishman can have an english accent when he speaks english... that's saying a frenchman has a french accent when he speaks french... or a shoemaker making a pair of shoes when he already made one shoe ... ok, I'll stop looking at my feet now

They SO can't pronounce the words right. If somebody happens to watch formula1, then you have have probably heard some finnish people talking english (I HATE formula1)
But I'm not generalizing.

and yes in some scottish towns there are awful accents too! not that many ppl can make out what we say half the time!

I am one of those English people that can understand MOST scots accents as I am from the North West of England.

I aint being viest but I think Scottish accents are great, BUT not my accent - I am talking about places like Edinburgh etc, take for instance my accent and then Billy Boyd's - we are somewhat different
