Alright, it has been eating away at me. What is the name of the movie where the lady gets the phone calls in her house by the psycho who continues to call and threaten her life. The lady calls the police and she eventually finds out that the calls are comming from within her house.

Oh, God. I know this. It has Carole Kaine or King--that lady that was in Scrooged with Bill Murray--she played the Ghost of Christmas Present. It's called "When a Stranger Calls"!! I remembered!
