Let me explain a few things here.

Lets say I was to start a thread in the Off-Topic Forum about a celeb. Lets use Cameron Diaz drool as an example. That would be moved to the CELEB TALK FORUM, due to the nature of the discussion.

Since this is a thread about ANIME, it should be in the ANIME FORUM. Although I am positive there are SEVERAL threads about it already.
