Hulk is way stronger than spidey. Even if Spiderman is more agile and faster, Hulk can out-distance the Web-Slinger. So there are two arenas. One is a desert ,another a concrete jungle. tell me how spidey can beat the Hulk in a fair fight...without changing him to banner or what.

I suppose Spider-Man could win Hulk if Hulk was available as a prize in a game show or something.

sounds like somthin they would put on FOX......spider-man would outsmart the hulk....he knows eventually the hulk will turn back into banner so all he has to do is hide out in the jungle until that happens..i know you said without changin him back into banner but the hulk aint gonna stay the hulk forever

Ok, this is simple. If we are talking about the traiditional Hulk, in which he is just a giant Green (not the old school grey one, lol) guy who acts like a llittle kid and goes around smashing stuff, then all Spidey'd have to do is dodge him enough to wear him down. Spider-man holds speed over the Hulk, beside the fact that he is more intellegent (unless Bruce is in control of himself, of course, then a big debate on who is smart would probably start, lol) gives Spidey the ability to stratagize and what not. Besides that, Spidey has his killer Spider-sense, which would give him an upper hand in terms of actual combat. Because he has this, he'd be able to dodge everything the Hulk throws at him quite easily (no matter how much greater of a distance the Hulk holds over him, he'd still no it was coming before it was too late).

Spidey cant beat Hulk in a fight, he has to use his brain.

Hulk is soooooooo much stronger than Spiderman, and even when Spidey land's his best shot's Hulk's healing factor wich is even better than Wolverine's soak's up the damage.

mostly Spiderman tries to not get squished until Hulk calms down.


except when Spidey had the power cosmic, then he put a real hurtin on Hulk

Ok, well Hulk is waaaaaaay stronger and tougher than Spidey. So, yes, he would win nearly everytime in a brawl. BUT, Spidey is smarter, faster, and way trickier, so he can and has figured out ways to beat him. I envision the fight going something like this:
Hulk connects with a punch that rattles every bone in Spidey's body.
Spidey leaps out of the way of the next slam, and goes on the evasive!
He zips in and out pounding the Hulk with strategic blows.
Hulk barely feels most of the shots and continues to swing wildly.
Spidey spends his time evading the Hulk's deadly attacks and zips in an out with punches.
Hulk gets stronger and stronger and Spidey can see it in the damage his punches are doing to the NYC streets!
Spidey shoots his webbing into the Hulks eyes. blinding him and then unleashes a volley of powerful punches. The Hulk feels these as he's turned into a Spidey punching bag! Some twenty-thirty punches later, an enraged Hulk yanks the webbing from his eyes in time to see Spidey's feet flying towards his head. Spidey slams Hulk off his feet into a nearby building!
Giving him no time to recuperate he shoots a web line at the Hulk and swings him off the ground and into the air in an airplane spin, slamming him him over and over into the surrounding building walls, before a building (empty of course) collapses on the Hulk.
Spidey high-tails it out of there before the Hulk smashes his way out of the rubble....
