I would disagree that FRWL is the best Bond ever. I wouldn't even put it in my top 10.

Yeah...seemingly he was in terrible pain during the shoot...IIRC his son appears in a later Bond film...apologies, it's name escapes me.

US FRWL fans need to stick together, and btw IT IS THE BEST BOND, the closest to IAN FLEMINGS books, and the book FRWL is really good too,

I do not think it is of any importance if a bond movie is close to the books, cause the books are very different from the movies characterwise

It's one of the most realistic Bond films imho
and of course it has Blofeld

I'm not a great fan of DR. NO...even when I'm at my best...I think the first *real* Bond film was FRWL...the fight with Grant on the Orient Express makes my top ten favourite Bond moments of all time...

IVE read book, and it is VERY close, but in the end of the book, Bond gets hit with that poison shoe blade and gets knocked out as the cops are taking out Klebb. Leaving it as a cliffhanger
