This is probably a stupid question to ask but we cant have animated signatures can we? I mean even if we could it would upload still.

Yep, you can have animated sigs...it just has to be under the 30 KB limit. However, making a good looking animation that's under 30 KB is pretty hard to do, because animations can get very large file-size wise.

You could do that, but to do it you'd have to either slice up the image, or make it an image map. Either way requires some crazy HTML coding.
