We used to have five dollar coins

Other countries have much cooler currency than what we have. In Mexico, the 20 dollar bills have little plastic "windows" in them.

I thought I had some Costa Rican colones around here but it looks like I don't...

the prices of everything keep going up.


i wish things still costed cheap like these old prices:

5 cents, 1 penny, 10 cents..and grociries costed only 20 dollars to fill up a fridge for a family of 4...

^it's called inflation. get used to it. if wages increased at the same rate as inflation, no one would care. i think inflation is increasing faster that wage increases, sadly
