morpheus... from what i've seen of ballard in enter the matrix i say morpheus...

morpheus held his own against the agents. he pwned towards the end but he put up a pretty decent fight. we've only seen ballard fight seraph. and seraph held back on that fight, i think. so, i have no idea.
