Hey, I just bought the Simone DVD (Al Pacino) and there wasn't an insert with a chapter listing--- is there supposed to be one, or did they not make one for the release?

I dont know about the Simone DVD but there are a good amount of DVDs without inserts mostly because some of the studios want to save money.
