He was suppost to have a fight with Anakin in a cut scene but I would expect Greedo to be in late twenties but that would make him in his forties.

Well, wasn't he little short for a twenty-year old?

I think he means that he thought that Greedo would be in his twenties in Ep. IV. If he's ten in Ep. I, that would make him 40 years old in Ep. IV. He did seem to be a 20 year old person.

to be precise, if you want, Greedo is 42 in ANH

You can't really say that he looks 20 cause we don't know how other species age in the SW universe.

he's 10 in TPM, there is 32 years between TPM and ANH

Look at how well yoda looked for his age though.
