find some store flogging AOL trials that come in the cases, and take a load!

Wal-Mart sells 6 for like 3.97 they are just like the ones at video stores that way you can download the cover art and stick it in the sleeve

Target has a pack of 10 for about $5, same at Staples, which is usually cheaper.

The newer AOL discs have fold out trays for the discs, as well as metal tabs/binders, where the spine is glued down.
