My natural high used to come from playing guitar in bands and doing gigs and stuff but I just dont seem to be able to find the time these days so I guess its also my natural low

And thats what beer is for!

Beer is nice, beer is good! It's, unfortunately, also a 'downer' which is why I avoid it if I'm feeling really low because it actually makes me feel worse. But hey I spent all afternoon playing my guitar, first time in months and my left hand finger tips are sore! but it felt good so what the hell!

It might be a downer, but it does help you forget that you're down, which is what I was getting to.

And playing the guitar is cool! Even though I'm pretty bad at it, it's fun just jamming.

generally speaking....drinking to forget about the problems is much worst than facing the problems.

oh and other than pissing everyone off as my personal high. I also like being nice to people, but that's usually in person because they pick up my sarcastic undertones, unlike online.

Be that as it may link, for some reason, I'm just down right now, no specific problem to worry about, so if I just wait it out I'll be in a good mood again.
