plus personality doesn't make a difference to how great of an artist u are. for example, hip hop artist Talib Kweli is one of the best, but he has a terrible personality...

Axl Rose was a genius. If it wasn't for him and his band then we'd have had to put up with hair metal bands like Warrant and Poison for a lot longer. Unfortunately instead of keeping his head together and making great music he subsequently thought he was a God and became a complete and utter arsehole and he deserves all his critiscism.

Man, Guns N Roses are SO over rated! They only came out with three albums (Spagetti Incident doesn't count) and people act like they created a genre. November Rain, the most boring song in the world, was played and is still being played on radio hundreds of times. Axel Rose is either a genius or a freakin moron by going on a 12 year hiatus between albums. He keeps firing guitarist and he is the only member of GNR. The fans are sheep.

not in hte begining, and they spared the ozon layer too, the less gigs and performences from Poison the better for the environment . Poison is the reason for the greenhouse effect

I'll admit there are some great GNR songs, but they are plenty of better ones from different bands. I bet you, at the time, that Geffen stuffed money into as many radio station pockets as they could in order to create all those fans standing in lines to buy a copy of their Use Your Illusion.

Axle thought too much of himself, the problem with GNR was his ego which headed in one direction. Up up and up.
I enjoyed their debut album but Axle was just to full of himself for me to take a real interest in the band, but as I posted earlier they were a refreshment to the heavy scene with their debut album
