Joker is a good aim with thsos cards, In the cartoon "Joker's Favor"

He was reading a newspaper and thowing darts at a photo of Jim Gordans head, backwards. I think he has a great aim.

but batman never kills anyone he just beats the crap out of them then he puts them in jail.

the worst I've seen Joker take is 2 bullets in the chest. Bulls' has bounced back from having C3 broken. furthermore, the fact that he managed to kill elektra and beat the crap out of DD twice give him the edge on the combat side. aside from the skeleton, bullseye's costume is laced with kevlar. the only big disadvantage Bulls has is his occasional mental breakdowns and headaches that he suffers from after having a brain tumor removed. on the otherhand, Joker has had his own share of breakdowns.

please, don't use the aim argument anymore, Bulls has killed people with toothpicks and was able to catch batman's batterangs.

back during the miller run, it made him have episodes when he thought everyone was daredevil and lead him to a murder spree in times square.

Physically Bullseye might defeat Joker. But in strategy and brains Joker is the winner. Joker doesn't need firearms or some sharp object to kill an opponent. All Joker needs to use is his tricks. Or Just one spray of Joker's laughing gas and Bullseye is death.

what do you mean object? Bulls' skills are about equal to batmans. Joker's gas requires some proximity. in that time, bulls could kill joker with a pebble.

Any sharp objects is what I meant. The laughing gas is one many options Joker can use. He could squirt acid from his fake rose or just use his electro hand shakin button to fry Bullseye. Of course that doesn't mean that Joker is going to shake his hand. He only needs to be closer to Bullseye to touch him and fry him.

In hand to hand combat Bullseye has advantange, but when it comes to set up any deadly trap Joker is far too sneaky and deadly.
